Ethos is a prestigious, long-awaited office and social hub using all advantages of Warsaw’s downtown: excellent location, proximity to restaurants and cafes, as well as unique atmosphere which is hard to find in other districts. The project is a result of collaboration between Silverstein Properties Inc., the investor responsible for, among others, the new World Trade Center in New York, and Kulczyk Real Estate Holding.
