BETWEEN OCTOBER 2016 AND SEPTEMBER 2017 over 150k sqm of fit outs managed – in total over 30 of projects managed in CBRE Building Consultancy. We have 45 in-house full time employees based in Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław and Bielsko Biała who are multidisciplinary group of building and construction experts, including experienced Project Managers, Licensed ENGINEERS, and Building ENGINEERING SURVEYORS. WITHIN OUR DEPARTMENT WE HAVE ALSO ARCHITECTS, Valuers as well as BREEAM and LEEDS Assessors and Auditors. Our services are always innovative and tailor made for our Client’s needs.
