Tomasz Lubowiecki has been active in the real estate market for over 20 years. Under his management, the company that delivered – in average – one facility per year, doubled its portfolio within the last 12 months. In the last 12 months 7R delivered five warehouse facilities with an area of almost 100,000 sq. m. There are two multi-tenant warehouses erected in Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi Logistics Park, with an area of 14,000 and 20,700 sq. m., respectively, and one BTS warehouse with an area of over 6,000 sq. m. developed specifically for Teekanne. Another facility completed in 2017 is Gdańsk Kowale V Logistics Center with an area of 34,000 sq. m., developed as part of a joint venture with Hillwood. The fifth facility developed this year is a BTS project (over 20,600 sq. m.) for Velvet CARE, which is one of the largest manufacturers of personal hygiene products in Poland. Until the end of this year developer will hand over two more objects which will increase the portfolio of recently completed facilities to 145,000 sq.m.

Projects in progress
Gdańsk Kowale Logistics Park is being expanded. The park’s sixth warehouse, with an area of 18,000 sq. m., is under construction as part of 7R's JV project with Hillwood. Furthermore, a fifth warehouse, with an area of 27,000 sq. m., is under construction in Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi Logistics Park. 7R also decided to launch new development projects. The first one, Beskid Park is in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the direct vicinity of road DK1/E75. The property's location allows for very convenient connection with the main cities of the Upper Silesian Metropolitan Area as well as the state borders in Cieszyn and in Korbielów. Beskid Park will include two warehouses with a total area of approx. 30,000 sq. m. Works on the other investment – the project in Siemianowice Śląskie – are being carried out simultaneously. A modern warehouse for lease with an area of 12,500 sq. m. is going to be erected on a plot located next to road DK94.

In 2017 7R planned to hand over 7 new warehouses. In nine years of its operations, 7R expanded as a property developer. The company that delivered – in average – one facility per year, doubled its portfolio in only 12 months. Till the end of 3 quarter 2017, 7R delivered and commercialized as many as five facilities with a total area of almost 100,000 sq. m. Three new warehouses, including one BTS project for Teekanne, were erected on the property developer's flag investment, Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi Logistics Park; one structure was developed as part of the expansion of Gdańsk Kowale Logistics Park; and the one warehouse was constructed specifically for Velvet CARE in Klucze. Until the end of this year developer will hand over two more warehouses. Moreover 100,000 sq. m. of new space is currently under construction.
