Robert opened Panattoni CEE’s operation in 2005 and under his management Panattoni Europe achieved the leading position on the Polish market and high brand recognition in Central Europe.
During 12 years under his management Panattoni Europe developed in Poland over 4.4 million square meters of warehouse space out of existing stock of 11.9 million square meters. Since 2007 Panattoni Europe was the most active developer on the Polish market year by year, keeping vacancy rate of the portfolio under management at average 2% - much below the market levels. Currently, the portfolio managed by the company in Europe is 5.7 million square meters.

Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate business. He is a Warsaw University graduate and has a Masters in Business Management degree.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year
Since 2014, after only 3 years of managing the company across Europe, Panattoni takes Top Spot in the European Ranking Top Logistics Developers by PropertyEu this year! Panattoni jumped from the third place by realizing 1.6 million sqm in 2016 only, competing with only 3 countries (Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic) against other developers that are also active in France, UK or Spain. Last year Robert signed two new deals with Amazon for fulfillment centres in Poland. The statistics for 2016 show Panattoni Europe as leader in leased and delivered space in Poland and also as leader in the Czech Republic in space under construction.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
Thanks to Panattoni’s flexible capital structure and pro-client approach many investments are being located in the CEE region, having competed with other regions in Europe. The broad know-how and fast pace of executing developments have led to signing cutting edge, modern facilities for among others Amazon, H&M, Castorama or Kellogg Company. Not only are complex and innovative properties being delivered in CEE, but also a large part of these investments concern the road infrastructure as well, which become later on means of public use.

The market appreciates Panattoni's systematically implemented development strategy and has shown its recognition in numerous awards. In 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2103, 2014 and 2015 Robert was awarded the prizes „Personality of the Year” and “Leadership of the Year” in the CIJ Awards competition. In 2010 he was chosen “Industry Professional of the Year 2009” by the jury members of the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards, in 2015 was named “Professional of the Year” by Europa Property CEE Real Estate Awards. In addition, Panattoni was awarded CEEQA “Industrial Developer of the Year” in 2012 and was named “Industrial developer of the decade 2000-2010” for Poland at the Eurobuild Awards 2010. In May 2017 PropertyEU announced ranking where Panattoni became the largest industrial developer in Europe. Up till now Panattoni Europe won more than 66 prizes under Robert Dobrzycki’s management in many real state contests. After 12 years of intensive work becomes a market leader developer ever.
