Our team of 4 experts provide tailored guidance on acquisition services, investment sales, financial restructuring and due diligence advice for investors looking to buy commercial real estate investments or portfolios. Additionally, we provide investors, developers, private owners and banks with strategic solutions to their divestment strategies. Depending on the client’s strategy we advise on opportunistic, value-add, core plus and core assets. We act for a wide variety of institutions, funds, property companies and private high net worth individuals and family offices. In conjunction with the Property Management department and applicable Agency team; we also lead and coordinate integrated Audits and Commercial Due Diligence reports for clients and where applicable prepare business plans to reposition properties.
