Griffin Art Space is a programme which promotes art and supports young artists by organizing cultural events in properties owned by Griffin Real Estate and Echo Investment.
For the past few years, Griffin Art Space has been patron of leading events in the world of visual arts in both Poland and Europe, including the WRO Biennale and Krakow Photomonth.
Along with our annual projects, we also support one-off exhibitions and cultural events throughout the year. This past year alone (October 2016 – September 2017) has seen 10 exhibitions at the Dom Slowa Polskiego and Koszyki Hall (both in Warsaw), at Renoma in Wroclaw and Polonez in Poznan. Nearly all of these events have been reviewed (positively!) by Poland’s most influential media outlets and by several leading European publications. In total, the exhibitions have attracted over 100,000 visitors.
For the past four years we have also awarded the Griffin Art Space Prize for the best portfolio at the prestigious Portfolio Review, which takes place during Krakow Photomonth. The winners have received promotional support, a collector’s edition of their portfolio and the opportunity to show their work individually at one of Europe’s largest photography festivals.
