The organiser will draw up an initial list of eligible projects/companies for each category. Companies are then invited to nominate themselves or another company for the company awards, or their project or another company’s project for the project awards. ‘Eurobuild Conferences’ reserves the right not to accept nominations, with a full explanation given.

All the nominations are judged according to independent criteria. Each form includes a brief description of the competition rules as well as a description of the criteria with which the Jury is to make its selection. These forms ask for basic information about the company or project and a short descriptive text, as well as the submission of photos, graphics or logos as required. Forms are quite short, but at the same time comprehensive so that the jury can make a fair comparison of the different projects. Please bear in mind that the jury members are specialists on the market and have an excellent knowledge of the category and the sector concerned. So they will make their decisions not only on the basis of the registration forms but also based on their own knowledge. There is no fee or cost associated with the registration. However, complimentary tickets to the gala are not given out for the companies and projects nominated. We suggest that a senior representative of your company should attend the Eurobuild Awards Gala on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Warsaw. How to enter

1. Make sure you submit your entry online before the deadline: September 30th, 2024.
   Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline. We do not anticipate extending the deadline for applications.
2. Click on the category you are interested in for the questions you will be asked to answer in your award submission.
   Please ensure you complete all the sections within the specified word limits – otherwise you will not be able to submit your entry.
3. Once you have completed all the questions, click on Submit.
4. When your entry has been successfully submitted you will receive an email confirmation.
5. After verification your entry will be posted on our website within a few days.

Our advice: write out your entries before submitting them
Write out your entries offline, so that you have a permanent record of them. It will then take just a few minutes to submit them through our online submission system. If something goes wrong with your computer while writing online or there is a momentary glitch in our online system, your work could be lost.
