The building designed by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architekten studio is part of the completed first phase of the SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid project which transforms the former industrial district of Bratislava. Its design is based on the principles of well-being and holds the LEED Gold certificate of sustainability. The offices include flexible and functional workspace is of the highest standard. The building is considered to be the most modern building in Slovakia in terms of access to the premises and the underground car park using a digital key. The green outdoor terrace is available to all tenants.
SKY PARK Offices provide modern office space as well as a cafeteria, a restaurant, retail space and other services. There is also a green terrace and other facilities such as a bike room or a charging station for electric cars, available to all tenants.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
The building is equipped with Salto KS and Sharry technology which facilitate access throughout the building and the car park. The system also works as a meeting planner or communication tool for tenants and their building manager.
Technical innovations
For its qualities, the building received LEED Gold certification and WELL pre-certification. There are CO2 sensors in the building responsible for monitoring indoor air quality. Access system and internal communication are simplified thanks to smart technology.
