Short information about the Project:	YouNick Office Building No. 3 is a modern building in the industrial style, consisting of 4 floors and underground parking. The heart of the building is a large atrium, in which there are 5 meeting rooms available for free. On each floor there are common spaces (shared kitchen, toilets with a shower, lockers) and chill-out zones. There is also a Conference Center open 24 hours a day – 3 conference rooms that can accommodate up to 130 people at one time. It features a workshop area with large design tables and colourful poufs, creative wall for taking notes, which turns into a wall of mirrors, as well as racks and shelves that allow for the presentation of prototypes created. There is also KarmNick La Petite Cuisine restaurant, which can provide food service during the conference. You can also find there a space for startups (about 350m2) which consist of individual offices and common areas (shared kitchen, network printer, chill-out zone with hammocks, darts, table football, poufs.
