Please say why you should be considered for the award:	The longest fm contract - Warbud VINCI Facilities together with its shareholder Warbud S.a. has signed first PPP contract for the design, construction, finance and 20 years of operation and maintenance of the new house of the District Court in Nowy Sacz City, The contract is the first agreement concluded under the Act on Public–Private Partnership of 2008, in which the public side represents the Treasury. PPP agreement was concluded for 23 years (3 years of investment and 20 years of operation and maintenance). The total value of the contract is PLN 123 million.
