Brief description of the company and team:	A developer/investor founded in 1989 specialising in high quality property investment, including the renovation of historic buildings, which has received numerous awards. Investment volume has now reached over EUR 275 mln.
Why the company should be considered for the award:	VDHG in 23 years of experience on the real estate market has always focused on an individual approach and the highest quality of its projects, as proved by the trust it has earned of prestigious tenants and its numerous awards. All VDHG projects, including the Andersia Business Centre (ABC), completed in 2010–2012 are located in the very centre of cities. VDHG has successfully completed the third phase of Anders Square in Poznań, where each of the buildings have been a great success in terms of quality, tenant roster, institutional interest and foremost for always getting the timing right. ABC, a JV with the City of Poznań, combines office and retail functions with an ample underground car park, is soon to receive a LEED certificate. The Four VDHG projects in Warsaw and Poznań were pioneering for the Polish real estate market at the time, and ABC will be the latest in this line of successes.
