Seller, plus brief information about the company:	Torus Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. Founded in 2002. From 2006 we carried out the construction, lease & sale of first Gdańsk A-class business park, Arkońska BP. Since 2011 we have been developing Alchemia.
Consultancy which advised Seller:	Cushman & Wakefield (consulting); Clifford Chance, Janicka, Krużewski, Namiotkiewicz and BGST Radcowie Prawni Borek, Gajda and Tołwiński (legal).

Please say why this deal should be considered for the award:	The recently-sold Alchemia I is the first stage of the modern, multifunctional, A-class mixed-use complex, Alchemia. It offers high class office space and the most sought-after range of accompanying services, incl. sports and dining. The building is located in Gdańsk Oliwa, the rapidly growing Tricity business hub, on the main arterial road and close to public transport. It features about 19,000 sq. m of space with some 5,000 sq. m of sports facilities, incl. fitness club, swimming pools, sports hall and a climbing zone. The building is LEED-Platinum certified. The tenants include: Kemira, MOL, Dynatrace, Regus and Gdańskie Wydawnictwo Oświatowe. The new owner is a joint venture between Bluehouse Capital Advisor Ltd and REINO Dywidenda Plus SA (managed by REINO Partners). The transaction was completed in early August 2015. The sale is a testament to Torus delivering the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and a proof of the market maturity and potential of the Tricity area.
