Short information about the project.:	Tarasy Zamkowe is a high-quality, 4th generation SC in the heart of Lublin, opposite the historical castle. It offers most modern retail space in town (38,000 m² GLA, 150 stores, 1.400 parking spaces) accommodating unique brands not been present in Lublin before. The opening took place on 4.3.2015, more than 200,000 people visited TZ in the course of 5 days of events. TZ can be easily reached by public transportation, bike and foot. In addition to 350,000 residents of Lublin the catchment covers 1 Mio. people. TZ’s roof offers a variety of exceptional experiences: spectacular lookout points, beautiful walkways, botanic garden with lots of plants and grassy fields, spacious event areas and space for sport & leisure (minigolf, summer beach, restaurants, etc.) TZ’s sustainable approach has been internationally recognized: in autumn 2014, TZ became the first SC in Poland to receive BREEAM Excellent certificate. The design of TZ combines unique architecture with high ecological standards.
