Short information about the Project:	T-Mobile Office Park is the first delivered office building in Poland which BREEAM certificate with Excellent note. It is a highly modern office complex located in Mokotów, with an excellent connection to Chopin Airport and the city center. The construction of T-Mobile Office Park, developed as a business park, took about 18 months – the building was delivered in May 2013. The project is a namesake of its main tenant, T-Mobile, renting nearly 70% of its 40 000 m2 available A class office space. The investment was realized according to the premises of sustainable building, and responds to Warsaw’s policy of development of Służewiec, the post-industrial part of Mokotów. Except for having the BREEAM certificate, T-Mobile Office Park partners the GreenBuilding Programme of European Commission.
