In 2014 Skanska CDE provided investors with nine buildings worth 330 million EUR in total (145,000 sqm GLA): Poland: Kapelanka 42 B (Q4), Dominikanski (2 buildings, Q4), Green Horizon (2 buildings, Q4) Czech Rep.: Balabenka (Q2), Riverview (Q4) Romania: Green Court Bucharest A (Q4) Hungary: Green House (Q3) This result accounted for over a 10% share in the overall office transaction market in the CEE and for over 50% of such transactions realized by the company on the global market. In 2015, Skanska CDE has already sold five office buildings - Malta House project in Poznan, Poland (15,000 sqm GLA) and a four-building portfolio (63,000 sqm GLA) including projects located in Polish regional cities: Kapelanka 42 A and Axis in Krakow together with buildings A and B of Silesia Business Park in Katowice. The portfolio sale is the largest transaction conducted in the history of Skanska activity in the CEE. It’s also the largest deal agreed in the CEE office market this year. |
