Brief description of the company and team:	Savills office agency team comprises ten staff and is active both in Warsaw and regional cities. By the end of October, the team had advised in 41 transactions this year for a combined area of over 42,000 sqm.
Why the team should be considered for the award:	A further 8,000 sqm will be transacted by December, bringing the agency up to 50,000 sqm of lease transactions ifor the entire year. It has recorded an increase in activity and market share of over 600 pct on. 2011. This is by far the highest increase in market share of all agents in Poland and proves that it is becoming a new, strong player on Polish market. The team now has 14 exclusive landlord instructions, including Atrium International, Kaskada, Foksal 10, Tulipan House, Marynarska 12, Grzybowska Corporate Center, Zaulek Piekna, Garden Plaza, Mokotów Plaza, etc. On the tenant side, a number of significant transactions have also been transacted, among others: Publicis Groupe, 11,000 sqm – one of the largest deals in Warsaw in 2012; Centrum Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich, 2,300 sqm; Dolby DSS, 1,800 sqm; and Grant Thornton Frackowiak, 1,350 sqm,
