Please say why this deal should be considered for the award: Green Day in Wrocław was sold in September 2013, while it will receive occupancy permit by March 2014. Prior to the deal, the building’s office space totalling 14 500 sqm had been fully leased to an international financial company. Green Day was designed in accordance with sustainable development principles and like all the projects by Skanska Property Poland it will be LEED certified. The building has already received LEED precertification at Gold level. Green, energy efficient solutions based on innovative technologies will reduce operating costs in Green Day, thereby lowering the service charge, as well as ensuring exceptionally comfortable working conditions for the tenants.
