In particular, it advised on and implemented various structures and financing schemes to deliver key efficiencies for premium real estate assets. The transactions included: the EUR 600 mln acquisition of Allied Irish Bank’s Polish property fund management subsidiary and its interest in two Polonia Property Funds for Peakside Capital; the sale by CA Immo and Pramerica of the Warsaw Financial Center valued at EUR 210 mln; and the sale by GTC of Platinium Business Park worth EUR 173 mln.
