Why the company deserves the award (in a paragraph you can describe the specific achievements of the company):	The company has proved that there is an interest in Poland from the institutional investors but also amongst the Poles to invest into sustainable real estate assets that generate stable income and dividends paid on a regular base. The company closed two deals in the same week of August (vacation time) with two different Sellers and two different financing banks which is a challenge, so the success should have a double value. The aim of the company is to become long-term core/core+ investor that can activate Polish capital and offer international quality investment products.
