Short description of company:	Rank Progress has been developing its activities in the Polish property market for 17 years now. Its unique investing strategy focused predominantly on medium–sized cities.
Why your company should be considered for the award:	In 2014 Rank Progress SA completed Pogodne Centrum in Oleśnica and sold a project in Piła (a shopping centre with retail space of approx. 25,000 sqm) to IMMOFINANZ Group for PLN 58 million net. Currently the company is developing the "Miejsce Piastowe" retail park near Krosno and is preparing to begin the development of Galeria Aviator in Mielec (approx. 34,000 sq. m. GLA), which will be the first such facility in this town and region. Rank Progress is planning further projects, including in Wejherowo, Kołobrzeg, Olsztyn and Terespol. Currently the company has a secured land bank for new projects with a total area of 72 ha. Before the end of 2015 Rank Progress intends to develop 4 new shopping centres, while the total area of facilities planned by the company measures 275,000 sqm. For years, Rank Progress has been consistently building its position in the Polish investment and property development market, implementing a long-term strategy of investing in medium-sized cities.
