Short information about the project:	The facility will host DB Schenker's new Office HQ as well to accommodate over 200 of staff on 2,500 sqm modern office area which is also built according to sustainable and ergonomic guidelines ensuring the enhancement of well-being and productivity of employees. Environmental: BREEAM new development rating. First to be achieved for industrial cross dock facility in Hungary Cross dock facility built to meet TAPA requirements. Constructed in hangar type with 42 m of clear roof span with no interim columns to allow max flexibility and use for the hall space. The building's elongated geometry and perimeter structure consists of 7.5m column grid which allows for 45 docks along with a side loading ramp and a forklift ramp to serve the 5,000 sqm space - approx. 35more docks per rentable space than traditional logistics halls. Park provides direct access to the national and international road network via the M0 motorway which provides rapid access to the M1, M7 and M5 motorways.
