Gdańsk-Kowale IV is the fourth investment which 7R Logistic has completed at the Gdańsk-Kowale Logistics Park. The construction of Gdańsk Kowale IV took 6 months to complete. The facilities are Class A warehouse space with a total area of 17,500 sq.m. The project, which was started as an entirely speculative investment, was already fully leased within a month of being handed over for operations.
Key to the success of the project was not only the excellent location of the site, but also the exceptionally high standard of execution. Gdańsk-Kowale IV is a above-standard facility. The warehouse is equipped with an early-warning fire protection system, and the fire resistance of the building has been increased to more than 4000 MJ/square meters. This is the only warehouse in the TriCity area with fire resistance of this level. The warehouse is located in the immediate vicinity of the S6 Expressway and the TriCity bypass, just 5 km from the Lech Wałęsa International Airport in Gdańsk.
