Skanska Property Poland (SPP) has been operating in Poland since 1997. The company is present on seven main markets in Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice and Gdańsk. Team of SPP consists of 115 employees. We are innovative developer of green, timeless office buildings that create the perfect environment for business development. We introduced LEED certification to the market, with 30+ buildings certified to date. As the first developer in Poland we received the WELL C&S certificate for Spark C. As the first developer we have implemented Customer Care program to support tenants after signing the agreement with Skanska. As a leader in sustainable development and innovation, we have introduced building management system Connected by Skanska, tested and implemented green concrete, as well as developing perovskite technology. SPP investments fit into the environment, are healthy and comfortable for employees and also meet the needs of the local community.
