The GTC Group is a leading real estate investor focusing on Poland and capital cities in CEE. Since its inception, GTC has developed 73 commercial properties, offering approx. 1,295,000 sq m of lease area, purchased 11 commercial properties, offering approx. 151,000 sq m of lease area, developed residential projects offering approx. 400,000 sq m. Currently GTC owns and actively manages the real estate portfolio of 47 commercial buildings providing 762,000 sq m of office and retail space. In addition, GTC has a development pipeline of 336,000 sq m retail and office properties in CEE capital cities, thereof nearly 63,000 sq m under construction. The projects are constructed according to the LEED and BREEAM certificates, meet the highest standards of design and construction. GTC has its offices in each country of its operations, which under the management of country managers are responsible for asset and facility management, supported locally by legal, marketing and accounting teams.
