Trei Real Estate Poland is a part of Trei Real Estate GmbH, headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr in Germany. The developer invests, develops and manages tailor-made and sustained commercial and residential properties. Under the Vendo Park brand, the company develops, builds and leases retail parks in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, creating a strong portfolio of their commercial projects in CEE. At present, Trei is the owner of 23 retail parks in Europe, the majority of them located in Poland.
Since 2013 Trei completed 13 Vendo Parks in 12 Polish cities. The company invests both in large agglomerations and small towns (up to 15,000 inhabitants). The combined value of Trei’s retail portfolio in Poland is in excess of EUR 240 mln. Over the next few years, Trei plans to expand its Polish portfolio to forty retail parks. The company employs approximately 40 professionals across Poland.
