Apart from the main office in Cracow, we also have offices in Warsaw, Gdansk and Sosnowiec. This is why our teams consists of 60+ people can efficiently carry out investments for clients from all over Poland. Internal design department enables us to quickly respond to customer expectations and provide them with solutions tailored to their individual needs.We are constantly expanding our land bank, securing the most strategic locations in the country. Since the beginning of our enterprise, we have completed projects with a total area of 300 000 sq.m. Currently, another over 700 000 sq.m is in the investment process. We provide warehouse and industrial centres for many tenants as well as Build-To-Suit facilities. Our portfolio includes both large-scale logistics parks and Small Business Unit urban warehouses - 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics
