CBRE is leading agent in Krakow since 2010 with constant growth and market shares. Market shares for last years were aprox. 30% giving CBRE 1st or 2nd place(2014 – 31.6%; 2015 – 27.7%).In 2016 till now CBRE has retained his high 1st position in the market with overall market share at level of 29%.(Q1 2016 – 57.3%; Q2 2016 - 13.0%).In 2014 & 2015 CBRE Krakow team has leased over 80 000 sq m. In 2016 till 3Q the number of sq m lease is 30 000 sq m and shall increase significantly in last Q2016. This means 2016 in the best year in CBRE history.
