Gemini has been developing its portfolio since 1993, when the holding launched the BP brand on the Polish market, building their first petrol stations. The following years were marked by major projects completed for Carefour, Geant, Lidl and Tesco. The company also introduced McDonald's on the Polish market, building its first restaurants. Currently, the portfolio of the company includes 3 shopping centers - in Tarnów, Bielsko-Biała and Tychy. The company offers a wide range of services related to the investment process of commercial real estate. From finding attractive locations for these activities by acquiring land, performing overseeing administrative and construction processes, to building value, finishing and equipping buildings as well as property management. The company's team consists of 100 people
