Ethos is a prestigious, long-awaited office and social hub using all advantages of Warsaw’s downtown: excellent location, proximity to restaurants and cafes, as well as unique atmosphere which is hard to find in other districts. The project is a result of collaboration between Silverstein Properties Inc., the investor responsible for, among others, the new World Trade Center in New York, and Kulczyk Real Estate Holding. Long-term contracts have been signed (or are under signing) to lease 90% of the space.
The building offers 5,000 sq m retail space for premium brands focused on high street and 13,000 sq m A+ class office space. In Q4 2017, the building welcomes its first tenants. After an adjustment to meet the highest A+ class office standards and BREEAM “Excellent” certification, ETHOS offers in total 17,000 sq m of leasable space. The uniqueness of the building is emphasized not only by the excellent location and unique tenants, but also the architecture open to the city.
