Capital Park Group has been an active real estate investor, manager and owner on the Polish market for over 14 years. Since the Group’s establishment in 2003, it has carried out over 100 investment transactions. Currently, Capital Park Group manages a portfolio of real estate project of ca. 271,000 square meters across 34 cities, with current asset value amounting to PLN 2.1 billion.
Capital Park generates profits from lease and sales of real estate or real estate derivatives. In 2013 the Group created its innovation on the Polish market – Real Estate Income Assets FIZ AN I composed of 39 high-street commercial buildings with attractive locations; Capital Park still actively manages the assets and holds a 15 per cent share in the instrument. In 2016, the Group launched REIA FIZ II based on a portfolio of eight facilities.
The company has been listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange since December 2013.
