Bilfinger HSG Facility Management Sp. z o.o. in Poland is a branch office of the globally active Bilfinger Real Estate Solution GmbH. We are the leading company providing integrated facility management services. We support technical and infrastructural retail, office and industrial throughout the country. In 2015, Bilfinger HSG Facility Management celebrated its 10th anniversary in Poland. Over that period of time, the company recorded an increase in turnover of over 10 times and an increase in the employment of new workers of 3.5 times. In 2016 EQT (Swedish private equity group) signed an agreement with Bilfinger SE to acquire Bilfinger’s business segment Building and Facility. The purchase price corresponds to an enterprise value of EUR 1.4 billion. EQT has renamed its Bilfinger Building and Facility division to Apleona at Expo Real 2016 in Munich. The rebranding process will continue until the first quarter of 2017.
