Panattoni Europe is a European branch of one of the largest developers, Panattoni Development Company, established in the USA in 1986 by Carl Panattoni. Since 2005, that is from the onset of Panattoni's presence in Europe, the developer has built over 4 million sqm of modern industrial space. PE had a great last 12 months with record breaking statistics. By the end of 2015 the company delivered the highest quantity of new space in Poland and the Czech Republic, an astounding 692 000 sqm - with 499 550 sqm in Poland alone (more than twice as much as the runner-up according to the JLL summary) and was building more than any other developer, with as much as 637 000 sqm in the CEE region and 571 000 sqm in Poland. More than 448 500 sqm developed only in the first six month of the year 2016. Under construction – as of October 2016 the company had more than 430 000 sqm under construction only in Poland. The developer has signed leases for over 1 mln sqm in period: Q42015 and Q32016!.
