Short information about the Project:	PBP V is an 11-storey building, offering nearly 12,000 sqm of leasable space. The area of a typical floor is 1,024 sqm. The fifth building of the complex was constructed from materials that increase energy efficiency and enable maximum efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. The building is equipped with tilt windows, suspended floors and ceilings, an integrated lighting system, air conditioning with individual temperature controls, full cabling and a state-of-the-art building management system. Tenants also have 180 parking spaces at their disposal. GTC is targeting obtaining LEED ‘Gold’ certification for Platinium Business Park V in the new-build category.
