Short information about the project.: The first Local Retail and Service Center – Plac Vogla has just been opened on 22nd October 2015 by Ghelamco – the leader of sustainable construction in Poland. Located in the Wilanow District, in the area with no similar shopping center, next to the major residential districts Syta, Zasciankowa, Łokciowa and Vogla Street, Plac Vogla is addressed to residents of new housing estates. As a result, the retail center has a catchment area of over 26,000 people. The idea is to provide a convenient friendly place for everyday shopping and meeting spot for the local community in close proximity for the residence. It is the unique idea of local and small shopping center characterized by separate entrance to each shop directly from the street. This saves time being alternative for larger shopping malls. Plac Vogla offers also playground for children surrounded by greenery and parking for 169 cars. The site also offers facilities for the organization of local events.
