Short information about the Project:	Plac Unii, delivered in October 2013, is an office-retail complex, which offers a total rental office area of 41,300 sqm. It is located in the centre of Warsaw and was designed by the renowned studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates and Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz. In 2012 it was awarded BREEAM certificate with a rating of “Very Good”. Numerous “green” solutions include: water leak detectors, energy-saving elevators and escalators and low-carbon technologies that reduce CO2 emission by assisting local energy generation. Plac Unii also provides suitable on-site facilities for cyclists. The list of tenants includes the ING Group companies, Dalkia Polska S.A., HRS and WeCare.
