Short information about the project:	It is an example of an investment custom-built for the future owner of the building, a so-called build-to-own (BTO) project.Panattoni was responsible for complete execution:from finding the right site for development (it was 12 ha of land pieced together from 10 smaller plots with different owners), through following all the legal and administrative procedures, to supervising construction, acceptance of the finished facility and delivery to the customer.This is UPS first distribution centre in CEE region. Built in one of the top locations for investments dedicated to the courier sector. Its space totals 14,250 sqm, divided into the distribution section with more than 11,934 sqm and the office section (including staff facilities) featuring more than 2,316 sqm. The new facility is used to reload as well as distribute parcels of various sizes. To this end, it has been equipped with sorting technology that can process up to 15,000 parcels per hour.
