Completion of the investment, related to the construction of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass, has contributed to the new strategic location for our distribution centre – which, by being situated right at the motorway junction, ensures prompt access to the city centre of Wrocław, the international airport as well as the A4 motorway. Panattoni Park Wrocław III is a project of 2 warehouse buildings which will offer in total 83 000 sqm of warehouse space. The distribution center can be flexibly adapted to the customers’ specific needs, both in terms of technical specifications and individual spaces to be used for manufacturing, warehousing, offices and staff facilities.
