 Panattoni Europe is a commercial real estate expert specialising in industrial, office and retail projects. Since 2005 it has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic
Brief information about the project: In 2012 Panattoni Park Łódź East gained 28,000 sqm of new warehouse space divided between two buildings. One building is a tailored 12,000 sqm facility for distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia. The remaining 16,000 sqm is the expansion of an existing building. The space has already been fully leased by Rohlig Suus, RR Donnelley and Żabka. Altogether the park consists of four facilities totalling 132,300 sqm. Panattoni Park Łódz East is located just 10 km from the city centre and in the direct vicinity of the planned Andrespol junction of the A1 motorway (Gdańsk–Cieszyn).
