Short information about the project:	Panattoni Europe completed another phase of Panattoni Park Łódź East – one of the existing buildings was extended by approx. 8,000 sqm. The new building as well as the whole park is 100% leased. The distribution center currently comprises four buildings totalling 140,300 sqm of space. The next phase of 11,300 sqm is under construction. At full build-out the park will offer nearly 160,000 sqm of space holding a special place in the developer’s portfolio. The logistics centre is located at ul. Zakładowa in Widzew-Olechów district, which is in the direct vicinity of the “Łódź Wschód” junction on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn), in the eastern part of the city, 10 km from its centre.
