 Panattoni Europe is a commercial real estate expert specialising in industrial, office and retail projects. Since 2005 it has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Short information about the project: Panattoni Park Gdańsk was expanded this year its third building totalling 6,500 sqm of space. 3,500 sqm has been leased by Nagel Polska, a leader in food logistics. The remaining 3,000 sqm is currently vacant. At final build-out the park will comprise four buildings totalling 46,550 sqm of space. The park is located in the vicinity of the southern section of the TriCity bypass, connecting the A1 motorway with national road no 7, around 500m from the planned Błonie road junction on the Sucharski Route, running from Gdańsk harbour to the southern leg of the bypass and the A1 motorway.
