Short information about the project:	Panattoni Europe delivered the second warehouse of Panattoni Park Park Czeladź. It is a 12 300 sqm building of which 5 560 sqm is leased by the DSV – a global transport and logistics company. The remaining space of 6740 is vacant at the moment but leasing negotiations are in progress. The distribution centre composes of 2 buildings totalling: 48 340 sqm . The first building of 36 000 sqm is 100% leased by such tenants as: Huhtamaki, Saint-Gobain, DSV and SPECJAL. The logistics centre is located east of Czeladź, in the direct vicinity of the national road no 86 from Łódź to Tychy, near the intersection of the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway.
