Short information about the project:	Brilliant Factory,the investment of nearly $54 million USD was delivered within a year which, for such a big project,is extremely quickly. It is a new (leased, custom designed) factory with a regional customer experience center that will better serve its customers globally. This world-class, modern state-of-the art facility features advanced manufacturing capabilities, and a new product accelerator lab to bring products to market in simpler, smarter and faster ways. The site can employ up to 1,200 people and consolidates four different sites (16 buildings) in Bielsko-Biala under a single roof top. The new factory and customer experience center will embrace advanced/lean manufacturing and enhanced testing capabilities, aligning with GE’s vision to create brilliant factories around the globe. The facility includes: Low-and Medium-Voltage IEC Product Certification Lab, Product Accelerator Lab, Enhanced showroom, Customer and Employee Training Center.
