Short description of company:	Panattoni Europe is a European branch of one of the largest developers, Panattoni Development Company, established in the USA in 1986 by Carl Panattoni.In Europe, the developer has built ca 2.8 m sqm.
Why company should be considered for the award:	Due to excellent results in the CEE region at the beginning of 2014, Robert Dobrzycki was promoted to the European level as Managing Partner. 2014 is a record breaking year. In Poland the company had since the beginning of 2014, 537,900 sqm in the pipeline (under construction and completed). In CEE Panattoni won 3 Amazon projects, two of them delivered and one under construction. This year Panattoni commenced the construction of 5 totally new multi-tenant locations and attracted an Investment platform of over 350 million Euro for properties in Poland, Germany and Czech Republic. Currently under construction in CEE Panattoni has over 300,000 sqm. Completed space concerns among others build-to-suit projects for Castorama, Polaris, Amazon, Kellogg's, K-Flex, DPD. The q3.2014 statistics account for 310,000 sqm leases signed in Poland , including a new BTS deal for 45,000 sqm in Bielsko-Biała for a worldwide manufacturer of appliances.
