 Panattoni Europe is a commercial real estate expert specialising in industrial, office and retail projects. Since 2005 it has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: The BTS for Recaro, one of the world's biggest manufacturers of economy-class aircraft seats, was signed under a te-year lease agreement and developed over a period of eight months in Świebodzin. Its distinguishing features include advanced structural solutions: the elegant glass façade looks nothing like the ordinary production and warehouse buildings and at the same time lets in natural light through as much as 12 pct of the roof and walls. Due to the product lines manufactured, airline seats, the facility features special fire protection technology, meeting the HPR (Highly Protected Risk) certification standards, in compliance with the FMGlobal Standard.
