 Panattoni Europe, part of the Panattoni Development Company, has been present in Poland since 2005 and has delivered over 1.6 mln sqm of industrial space in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Brief information about the project: The BTS for Faurecia, a global leader in the production of automotive solutions, was completed in six months in Gorzów Wielkopolski, located within the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The client’s requirements concerned proximity to its first plant and a very tight delivery timeline. The facility was built on a 6.4 ha plot in the zone and can be expanded, if the firm develops dynamically and there is a need for extra space. The facility is equipped with overhead cranes, granulate silos, space for assembly lines, and an internal way-through for trucks. The new hall produces dashboards and other car parts – interior components for models such as the Volkswagen Amarok, Golf A7 and Mercedes W222.
