Short information about the project:














 BTS Amazon Wrocław – Bielany Wrocławskie, 123 000 sqm. Integration of plots to create an area of at least 27 hectares. Completed according to schedule. Transfer of high-voltage power traction crossing the investment site within five months. Typically, such a project takes several years. Reconstruction of the transportation system in the area of investment, ie. roundabout along with access roads. 500 people (on average) each day worked for the construction of the Logistics Centre for Amazon. 50 different branches were working onthea construction site - due to the short term of the investment all branches operated simultaneously.The facility in Wrocław is located in the direct vicinity of the Nowa Wieś junction linking the motorways A4 and A8).The distribution centre features 1,942 car parking spaces (including those for disabled drivers), 111 truck spaces, 16 motorcycle spaces and 60 reloading docks. The completion of the project took place in September 2014. BREEAM Interim certified.
