The largest purchase transactions between November 2014 and October 2015 (subject of the transaction, its total take up area and value in EUR): P3 acquired a portfolio comprising one logistics park in Romania and two in Poland, from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in February 2015. P3 is now major pan-European player, one of few able to follow its customers from Madrid to Bucharest. P3’s pan-European portfolio reaches 3 million m2 of standing assets for the first time, in 144 warehouses across 9 countries plus a land bank with zoning for more than 1.3 million m2 of potential development.
