Short information about Investor:	Qualia is a developer company with 13 years’ experience, known for of high-quality housing projects, a member of the PKO Bank Polski group, the only developer in Poland to build chain condo hotels operated under the Louvre Hotels Group’s franchise. It also develops residential projects in Warsaw and Gdansk (70000 sqm of net internal area) and office projects in Warsaw (75000 sqm GLA).

Short information about the project:	Na Fali is a modern townhouse in the heart of Sopot. The project is a part of the regeneration of the city’s best-known street. The architecture of the building is integrated with the exclusive character of the place. The name of the building makes reference to its avant-garde front elevation inspired by the sea wave. The elevation is the world’s first such structure made of multiple-plane bent glass panes. The Na Fali commercial/residential project is a redeveloped building which housed a PKO Bank Polski branch for 50 years. After the renewal, the bank branch will again occupy the commercial space. A multimedia bulletin board will be installed in a passageway linking the street with the neighbouring theatre. The bank’s unconventional interior will emphasise the architectural features of the project. The residential part contains 15 luxury apartments. Glass, stone and stainless steel are the dominating finishing materials.
