The group operates in the commercial real estate market, specialising in the construction of modern warehouse and production buildings and built-to-suit projects. Acting on the market as a developer, consultant and property manager, MLP Group provides comprehensive solutions to many international and national manufacturing companies.
Brief information about the project: MLP Tychy is located on the eastern outskirts of Tychy, about 3 km from the E-75 express road and road 44 junction. MLP Tychy is situated in the local Special Economic Zone, therefore MLP’s clients are entitled to receive tax relief when investing capital in the new production facility through buying the necessary production equipment. 90 pct of the leased space is for light production fully prepared according to the clients’ needs.
