Short information about the Project:	Miasteczko Orange had been 100% pre-leased to Orange Polska (former TPSA)in 2009 for 10 years period and designed as "built-to-suit" scheme and had been sold to Qatar Holding as their 1st direct investment in CEE. The building is the biggest building in Poland certified BREEAM Excellent (post-completion stage)and design had been made to reduce office spaces comsumption of 30% in comparison with A-class buildings in Warsaw. The building is located in Al. Jerozolemskie in Ochota district close to a WKD station. Building arrangement includes large internal garden, company restaurant, 2 cafet., 1 kiosk, 1 fitness area and numerous informal meeting areas and kitchenettes.
